As a Chinese fan I just can't help complain about Discord and mega being completely unaccessible where I am. Similarly, Patreon is normal for viewing but account creating is off limits. To open the safe you have to find the old HM's wallet. To do so you have to open lake access, at the Friday meeting, and then talk to the groundskeeper. He will eventually offer to show you the area where they found the old HM and that's where you get the wallet. Inside is the safe combo. Inside the safe is blackmail material to use against Ruth which is how you advance her story.
You should have discipline higher than 20 when u open the lake or else grades drop everyday. And I don't think you get the option for Jimmy to show you until after you have had the 3rd dream. The 3rd dream happens after you speak to Ruth about the old HM's locked journal entry on the comp. If you haven't gotten the locked entry unlocked yet it happens after Miss Chang shrinks Sally and they fight. Miss Chang loses hilariously but still gives you the password which unlocks the entry. Yes you have to speak to Jimmy on any weekday cuz on weekends he is passed out drunk. But once you have spoken to him about showing you the next weekday that you visit him he will take you.
I just can't get the last quest i have left done. "Observe Rachels behaviour". I have no clue how/why, I am at day 200 by now and nothing happens anymore.

I've hit a really dead patch in the game where I'm sick of peering through windows and seeing that 'love island' type discussion going on! Can't get the meeting after the play rehearsal either. Is that still in development or happened and I don't know how to unlock it?

its really great so far, theres alot of stuff to do and each story is as entertaining as the last! the game really feels alive and Paul mykock really brings it all together.

Love the game. However there's a bug in “Order to the Chaos" that's preventing it's completion for me. Despite improving the science facilities the line remains incomplete in the quest log.
I get the same problem and im stuck on wait for miss chang to ask around town. no matter what i do i cant progress from there as nothing happens when i talk to here even monthes ahead in game time.

Do a standard private punishment and the conversation should just happen if you've done the one before it.
