So, really, congratulations for The Headmaster, I'm looking forward to playing the next version !

I picked my smartphone and type itch.io website and go straight to The Headmaster page. I look the file size.. Ohh 1.3 Giga this may took a while for my current 4G internet, i also need to clear some space as i have many games on my smartphone.
So i deleted some games that i didn't play too often... then start downloading The Headmaster, surprisingly it only took 14 minutes.
Install the game, and its ready
Start the game... Ohh there is a notice to use headphone (i ran to my room instantly, locked the door and put the headphone on)
The intro animation catch my attention right away... This game must be good, and yesss it's true after i saw the first scene. This is it...
The images are really good, the scenes are awesome. I laughed so hard after watching our mc nightmare scene (never knew you can make a comedic scene out of erotic games, it really impress me).
I won't talking about spoilers, because it will ruin new players experience. But believe me, look carefully there always hints for what to do for your quest.
To be honest, i spent many hours to solve the 50 cap discipline, and it worth the effort. Especially after finishing "Rachel" quest line, she was my favorite character, the images are mind blowing.
You will not dissapointed playing The Headmaster, this is a serious work judging by the quality of the images. Even i was interested by the software mentioned by @altosandherdone to make this good quality images.
Have you watched the dance scene? It's also well made right?
Also this game icon is quite funny and misleading, beware folks.. this is the true adult game for 18+ (maybe @altosandherdone designed this icon to make it less suspicious on your smartphone lols)

Dear readers, as i am playing this game with free option. The only thing i can show my support is to leave my impression of this game on the comment section. And i am honored to dedicate my first ever comment on itch.io website to The Headmaster.
I play the android version of this game and accidentally click changing the school rules on the cheats sheet (the one that said will make me can't play the story normally, and only for testing). And for some strange reason the student questline disappear even though i turn the cheats off, i tried start a new game and the quest didn't appear.
So i delete the game and download a the latest apk but the student quest is still missing. Is there a way to fix this?
I forgot the name, but it was the lesbian girl that have interest with the PE teacher, the questline was empty but Rachel(?) questline is still there. probably there is other character as well (i guess the arrogant girl who want to marry rich dude?) but it was only on the student quest that have this problem (the main and teacher quest is okay). Also i just notice that the game work normally (i can interact with the girls just fine), but i can't see the progress of the some student in the quest menu as the quest is disappear for those character.
Back up saves are located in: C:\Users\me\Documents\Games\TheHeadmaster-0.8.2.1public-pc\game\saves Although you can just start a new game. You don't need to delete your save files.
This is just an incredible game, the story is finely tuned, great gameplay, I have no doubt this must have been a hard work! Congratulations to the authors
I recently discovered itch.io and have kinda binged thru any game that caught my fancy and I had to say that I am loving this game, It had me hooked right from the beginning. There are so many stand out moments, you had me laughing out loud quite a few times. " I loved the water fight, the sound track was perfect"

Edit: Feedback for the game. I play this on the Android and some times it is hard to see the stats. I suggest making a status page within the menu so people can pop over and see them whenever they want. This could be used on all platforms so the change won't have to be redone just for the Android.
The next version is out on November 7th for Patrons and will be out here, for free, in early December. It's a big update so it took longer than usual. Everybody please remain patient. I work 12 hours a day, six days a week on this game. Complaining to me doesn't make the update come any quicker.

I just started playing today but I'm having a difficult time keeping up discipline and grades one day ill grade assignments to get grades up but then discipline falls, the next I do classes and will discipline students and the grades fall over night and it's always the same students and I'm not able to level any of them up.

Hey i have a question I played the game and reached the part were it says wait for expansion but in the picture it shows you going to the girls shower room and having fun with the gym teacher but none of those happened you don't even get to have any actually interactions only with the teacher at the end, so is there an expansion.
Both those images are from a scene with Sally in the shower. Teach sports class on a Thursday afternoon. As long as you've given Sally her keys and you've got Debbie as a Prefect then she will get in the shower with you.

You will have to go to the lake in the mornings and meet Jimmy O' Neil.
Tell him where he found the old headmaster's body . After a few days Jimmy will come to your office to investigate the place where he found the body .You and Jimmy found nothing but then Jimmy's dog found the wallet of the old HM. You will see a four digit codes on the paper in the wallet for the safe in your office. You will know what to do next.
Gotta say, i quite like this game. I honestly wasn't expecting too much when i went and downloaded this game. But i must say, i enjoyed it quite a bit. The characters are well fleshed out and at least partially memorable. Part of me was expecting this to be another NSFW game with poor grammar and spelling mistakes, but no, the story flows well for the most part and works well with the premise.
I didn't expect there to be animations in this game, especially not the fluid animations seen in the dance sequences. Did you guys use motion capture on some scene? Because that's what it looked like to me.
The only real downsides i can think of in the game is the way the gallery works, the sound effect, the grind-iness of some sections and the cum effects:
I know next to nothing about programming, but i do play a decent amount of Ren'py nsfw visual novels. My problem with the gallery is 1. it can't be directly accessed from the main menu or the pause menu and 2. scenes don't carry over from save to save. When i realised that i had missed out on Candy's scene after having unlocked everything else, i loaded up a previous save and played through it again. When i loaded up my mostly completed save, i saw that it was still missing from my gallery and had to use the developers room and unlock all scenes using that. I highly suggest y'all find a way to implement the gallery into the main menu and pause menu for ease of access as well as to allow scenes unlocked in one save carry across all saves, this is more those that like to replay scenes that they've unlocked.
The sound effects honestly don't match some of the characters, and i'm chalking this up to you guys using stock sex sound effects.
The grind in getting money for the magazine and Candy was quite labourious, though getting discipline and grades up at below 20 was difficult, it at least got easier when you get past the 30-35 threshold.
This one is more a personal issue/fetish i have, so feel free to ignore this section, the cum effects/bukkakes on characters are kind of lacking for me. I personally prefer the semen to be more 'creamy' and 'thick' in my porn, but the semen in this game is sort of 'watery' and 'thin'. Sometimes you can't even tell if the headmaster is cumming, due to how transparent the semen is, especially during the latest scene with Rachel. But, like i said, this is just a personal fetish of mine, so no need to put too much serious consideration into it.
Overall, i'd give the game a 4/5. Can't wait to see what you guys add in, in future versions.
Actually It's pretty complicated all you do need to change rule at school in board meeting. Her influence doesn't like every teacher. Her influence increase when she learn new technique from punish student. Too open new technique you need to change rule school, like you can open girl panties, etc.
If you find difficulties to change school's rule. Try increase discipline stat. When you get enough dicipline you can change the rule in board meeting.

I believe im supposed to click on the gym teachers bag but when it is sitting there and she is in the shower I can't click it. any idea if im doing something wrong or missing a step?
Hello! I've recently found the game and loved it loads, been absolutely binge-playing it.
However, I've hit a couple of snags. I've completed most of the paths so far, but I'm stuck at three of the core ones;
Continuing Ms Pott's training, where I have to catch her punishing a student. I've been to her classroom every day of the week at both times of day, and nothing has ever come about from it. I've tried it with deliberately low discipline, I've tried it with high. Nothing.
Secondly, training Debbie. I've completed Sally's questline as far as it will let me so far, and I'm struggling to get Debbie ranked up to Lvl. 4. The character says I need to get her humiliation up, but I don't know how. It doesn't let me use the cane, I have no other tools or anything I can use to get her humiliation up to fill the bar. What do I do from here?
Finally, I'm not sure how to progress with Rachel's quest. She's now the PT, I've got the cat ears, but I can't get her to play ball. Any advice this time?
Is there a particular pre-requisite to make that a thing that can happen? When we have the board meeting, there's no option to confiscate underwear. Do I need to investigate all the girls and make sure they're wearing correct underwear?
The rule will unlock once you get Debbie to level four and touch her after her punishment. If you didn't do this the first time around use the replay mode to punish Debbie and pick that option at the end.

Which character's quest is this? The rules and the quest logs aren't connected so I suspect there's something else going on.
Can I ask you to tell me all of the students quest that's already out? Because I want to check something and I don't know what that's is, Please .

The bullet point? That's a bug. Don't worry about it. There should be Three Student Quests for Rachel, Debbie and Amy.

How do you delete your saves? I tried to go to the save file and delete them that way but they stay.

raise ur dicipline, and after dicipline point is high, the grade gonna increase by itself
get discipline to 32+ and it takes care of its self, Train Miss Potts so she can control her class or you loose 2 a day.

Continuing Ms Pott's training, where I have to catch her punishing a student. I've been to her classroom every day of the week at both times of day, and nothing has ever come about from it. I've tried it with deliberately low discipline, I've tried it with high. Nothing.
Secondly, training Debbie. I've completed Sally's questline as far as it will let me so far, and I'm struggling to get Debbie ranked up to Lvl. 4. The character says I need to get her humiliation up, but I don't know how. It doesn't let me use the cane, I have no other tools or anything I can use to get her humiliation up to fill the bar. What do I do from here?
Finally, I'm not sure how to progress with Rachel's quest. She's now the PT, I've got the cat ears, but I can't get her to play ball. Any advice this time?

Sounds like you need to unlock the confiscate underwear rule at the school board.

Is there a particular pre-requisite to make that a thing that can happen? When we have the board meeting, there's no option to confiscate underwear. Do I need to investigate all the girls and make sure they're wearing correct underwear?

The rule will unlock once you get Debbie to level four and touch her after her punishment. If you didn't do this the first time around use the replay mode to punish Debbie and pick that option at the end.
