2) During a private punishment with Cassandra, after removing clothing including skirt, the skirt reappearing during the top half of the body search, then disappears again with the bottom half. (This also happens with Debbie, although the picture is cut higher, you can still see the top of the skirt on the edge of the screen, sorry to be so picky.)

(Would be nice if Faye lapsed occasionally and this event was repeatable in game [and similar such events]. I know there's the replay menu but it not the same as in-game.)
7) Interacting with Rachel seeing Dona in corridor, typo in dialogue, should be "She once asked me why her..." not "she once asked my..."
8) During a private punishment with Cassandra, when instructed to remove clothing, her cardigan reappears when she goes to remove her skirt.

As best as I can remember it occurred when the girl was over Miss Newman lap, (may have just levelled up), the skirt re-appeared when a white edged grey dialogue box appeared on screen, disappearing along with the dialogue box when clicking to advance.

Thank you. I think the problem that I had was that at her current level, it says "max out pain, pleasure, and humiliation". This leads to trying to max those scores *before* using the dildo. Whereas what this does is max her humiliation, but leave only enough points in pain and pleasure that the dildo treatment will max our those scores. There was something similar with her for the first time sitting on the lap. It would be useful in this particular situation (first time) to clear up the message or hint that humiliation needs to be maxed and the others need to be close enough to max out once the dildo treatment is used.

great game and many thanks for your work. i recently started a new game with the 132 update but about 30 min i the black bar across the middle of the screen that comes up when choices show continues to stay of screen all the time. ive tried reloading etc but nothing seems to work. if i load a previous game the bar is gone. any solutions or do i have to start all over again ?

I followed the how to use Joiplay instructions and it hasn't worked for me. I tap The Headmaster icon and it shows the correct loading screen for one second and then closes back to the Joiplay screen. Anyone have any ideas on why it won't work?
Joiplay is complete garbage. I've only found exactly one game that even runs with it, everything else either doesn't make it past the loading screen or exits to the main screen.
I'm sorry, i'm new to itch.io. I've dled the latest version, extracted it. Now what? Do i copy the "saves" folder over to the newer version? Cause i did and got a shitload of errors and failures. If anyone wouldn't mind explaining how to apply these updates to me like i'm a special needs child i'd really appreciate it cause i can't seem to make this work. Thanks in advance
ok, so what i did exactly was select the updated zip. Clicked extract all. Then i selected the headmaster 12.3.1 folder and clicked extract. It didn't overwrite anything though. It just created a completely seperate folder within the original. What am i doing wrong? I swear i'm not usually this technically challenged but for some reason i just can't figure this out
Yeah, it sounds like you basically extracted a new installation within the existing folder. Delete that new folder and pay attention to what you're extracting and to where. What you really want to do is select the contents of the Headmaster folder in the ZIP, and extract it to the existing main Headmaster folder (there should be game, lib, & renpy folders and four other files. These will overwrite the existing ones).
(I’d suggest renaming the Headmaster folder, just for your own reference because it's not going to be version 12.3.1 any more, but that's up to you.)
Hey guys, if youre having trouble with rachels punishment to level 8 you csn use the dildo after raising her humiliation to 16 and her pain and pleasure to just under 9. You dont need to max out everything to use the toy
I am unable to get the "Lotion/Ointment". It does not show up in the Store on the Office PC (health section is completely empty).
This means that the only character I am able to get past level 1 is Debbie. The other characters only start with 1 action that can increase pleasure which does not contribute enough to fill that Meter (not including Amy, but I am having seperate issues with her).
I am playing a fresh playthrough from Chapter 1. I am using the Joiplay version on Android, so that may have something to do with it.
If I start a new game at Chapter 2, the "Lotion/Ointment" appears already purchased along with a ton of other stuff. However, I don't want to skip past that much of the Game's content (although, without access to that item, I am locked out of that content anyways).
I also feel like many of the events that help you start/progress the character's quests are not occuring nearly as frequently as with the previous version (causing the pacing to feel significantly slower). However, this could just be because I am unable to really "get the ball rolling" because of the Lotion Issue.
TLDR: Lotion doesnt appear in the shop for me and that has me locked out of progressing any character besides Debbie (and maybe Amy, but I can't get any event to trigger for her since the first one to even try).

I cant get rachel to level 8, I've read walkthroughs already and have done all the way up to her trying the medium dildo. The quest says to punish her and use the dildo but i still cannot get enough pleasure, pain, humiliation points for it to let me use the dildo despite the different combinations of punishments i've tried. Please help
Problem is, when stripping her down, humiliation gets from 8 to 16, now you have to get enough points into humiliation, but that just denies you your pain/pleasure points My best attempt so far was 9/9 - 14/16 - 9/9 or 9 - 15 - 8
Getting Rachel through 8/9/10 shouldn't be a puzzle; you can do it in 5 steps usually. If the first-time bonuses are not showing for you, you probably haven't done enough office playtime.
Apparently not. There are first-time-use penetration bonuses available on Rachel that pretty much steer themselves through the level-up process. If you are not seeing them, then you missed something. For Rachel, that usually means hanging out at the gym in the afternoon.
It is possible. I have Rachel @ Level 10. If u read the "Headmasters Pet part 2" it tells u what u need to do next (mostly teach football and then have fun in the showers with Miss Newman too) During punishment, some of the positions give u Humilation points, so do those first, then do photos & maybe body search (cant remember sorry) Then work backwards to know how many points are remaining. ie if u need to put the dildo in Rachels arse, see what points it gives you, then work out how many pain and pleasure points u need. And dont forget to change to Headmaster so u can Straddle Rachel. Good luck
possibly, i've looked up multiple walkthroughs and read as many comments about it as I could find and no matter how I do it its always short by 1 point and i've tried it probably 10 times by now and I did the soccer event and tried as many things outside of the punishment as possible to see if it affects anything and no luck
For people in the future. Make her undress fully with cat ears etc. Then fill her humiliation bar to 16 using camera, body search, etc. use the rest of your AP to get get to 8/9 Pain, 4/9 Pleasure with 1 AP left with the last AP it should let you do the dildo thingy

What I usually do is extract it to the existing folder and let it overwrite whatever it needs to overwrite. That seems to work fine.

I cant get rachel to level 8, I've read walkthroughs already and have done all the way up to her trying the medium dildo. The quest says to punish her and use the dildo but i still cannot get enough pleasure, pain, humiliation points for it to let me use the dildo despite the different combinations of punishments i've tried. Please help
Problem is, when stripping her down, humiliation gets from 8 to 16, now you have to get enough points into humiliation, but that just denies you your pain/pleasure points
My best attempt so far was 9/9 - 14/16 - 9/9 or 9 - 15 - 8
i'm only able to get within 1 point of either pain or pleasure. I'm starting to think its a bug.
Getting Rachel through 8/9/10 shouldn't be a puzzle; you can do it in 5 steps usually. If the first-time bonuses are not showing for you, you probably haven't done enough office playtime.
I've done everything with the office playtime and am just getting the looped events at this point
Apparently not. There are first-time-use penetration bonuses available on Rachel that pretty much steer themselves through the level-up process. If you are not seeing them, then you missed something. For Rachel, that usually means hanging out at the gym in the afternoon.
It is possible. I have Rachel @ Level 10. If u read the "Headmasters Pet part 2" it tells u what u need to do next (mostly teach football and then have fun in the showers with Miss Newman too) During punishment, some of the positions give u Humilation points, so do those first, then do photos & maybe body search (cant remember sorry) Then work backwards to know how many points are remaining. ie if u need to put the dildo in Rachels arse, see what points it gives you, then work out how many pain and pleasure points u need. And dont forget to change to Headmaster so u can Straddle Rachel. Good luck

possibly, i've looked up multiple walkthroughs and read as many comments about it as I could find and no matter how I do it its always short by 1 point and i've tried it probably 10 times by now and I did the soccer event and tried as many things outside of the punishment as possible to see if it affects anything and no luck
For people in the future.
Make her undress fully with cat ears etc.
Then fill her humiliation bar to 16 using camera, body search, etc.
use the rest of your AP to get get to 8/9 Pain, 4/9 Pleasure with 1 AP left
with the last AP it should let you do the dildo thingy
