I am pretty sure that they, printer, etc., are different due to them being older unfinished quests and have been like that for a while, but the phrase changed during later updates. Though I wouldn't know.
When I try stuff training it always says will be implemented later and I should follow Maxines quest for all new stuff with 0.14 update. I have finished Maxines storyline but no stuff training (or 3d printer) for me to this point
Yes. I'm not on Discord, but got the impression that staff training was planned to be in this last update. Not sure if Maxine was done first because of Patron voting (that is how the update order is decided) or because dev was unable to work on the game for a couple of months and Maxine's update could be done a bit quicker by putting each costume snapshot on the same poses in a couple of places. Everything will come in good time.

That's kind of the point ? It's a game for specific hard kinks if you're not into it you don't have to play, it's completely fine and people like it BECAUSE it's messed. No Ashley, unless she's in a new release. There are several A name girls (Ada, Alice, April, Arabella, Amy) and the science aid (Anna). There is an Abbie referenced in shower scenes. The name dialogue is April's, but possible the larger girl in the shower is Abbie and will appear eventually.
Also having issues with 0.14.3 not working on joiplay. Followed the guide but it goes back to the joiplay home screen after about 3 seconds of the loading screen. Had to download the public beta for joiplay from their patreon. Version 1.20.027. Any help would be much appreciated
99.99% of the time, Rachel failures are just not doing what needs to be done, and the quest logs guide you through it. L6 to L7 is straddle. L7 to L8 has a dildo. You provided no real info on where you were hung up, or why. Most likely, you did not practice with her in your office enough, but so little info given in the plea, that hard to even guess.

i'm unsure what you mean about clicking space - that progresses things forwards, not back, at least on my device. going forwards just gets me to the same screen that i can't do anything on
Follow the quest lines. The Ruth one takes a lot of going back and forth and finishing other things first, but it should take care of itself with just the cues given in-game.

That is the end of Chapter One. Advancing to Chapter Two happens when you pass the rule allowing you to spank the girls yourself. Many say they cannot advance, but the reason is that the rule you want to pass is on page 2 of "Corporal Punishment" section. Go to that page during the Board meeting. You will likely see a rule about stripping girls to their underwear. Look at the bottom of the page, where it says "page 1 of 2" and click there. You will then see the rule you want. Pass it, and get to about 3x the content you already saw.
There wouldn't be, unless you already triggered strip to underwear. Which you could not have, if you haven't even upgraded science facilities. For that one, guessing you either exited computer without actually buying, or did not wait for the delivery. For the chapter advancement, if it worked for the person with issue (and it did) why would post about it not being possible?

It should be at least 14. I think it is possible to miss the 1 point by not exposing yourself to Lucy in the bath, and I think it is possible to do Rachel in such a way that Sex Ed class and the girls locker scene do not trigger right away, but of the other possible, you should have 14.
In Chapter 1, you get 1 each from punishing Amy in class, Liz' blue underwear, first version of putting sunscreen on Liz and Faye, The TV show, and watching Secretary on movie night, and then 3 for completing the chapter (and 1 from Lucy's bath scene, which can get skipped).
In Chapter 2, you get 2 from Cassandra's paddling and group scene, and one each from Liz' classroom punishment, second version of sunscreen for Liz and Faye, CPR class when opening pool, and Emily gossiping about your schlong (and 2 from locker scene and 1 from Sex Ed, which can get delayed).

They should be making out by now. After all, Liz is the REAL public nudist, not Emily.
A lot of complaints I've seen have passed under the bridge. But, playing through again (to enjoy me some Mycock Manor), a few observations:
'Oh noez, i can't advance to chapter 2!" You can, you just activated another punishment vote. That voting page has (at least) two pages; go back to page 1 (bottom of screen) and stay happy.
"Oh noez, my girls aren't advancing!" This one seems a little more complicated. Stuff I've noticed:
In C1, try not to trigger Cassandra in afternoon if any of Amy, Rachel, or Debbie is already scheduled for punishment. Yeah, that means leave poor Faye in the lobby.
In C1, if you advance Debbie to 3 before unlocking her quest bit, game still works fine, but won't get the smacking nurse's bottom in class scene. This appears to be a Maxine activation thing to me, but I'm just some goomer on the outside.
In C1, Amy's advancement can be interrupted by not only Cassandra, but by almost anything. I did not experiment with this, but ... just follow the suggestions, and know that doing two after class punishments will advance the added girl (almost always Cassandra) and not Amy.
Steam is more into webhelping you into ads than they are into carrying this sort of content. They are an effective monopoly, and I don't see them carry spanking schoolgirl content.

Printer, staff training, and Alice placeholders have been there since I started (.12). Spy was mentioned, but have not seen a related action.

Downloaded the PC 0.14.3 for android and followed all the JoiPlay instructions but the JoiPlay execution instantly crashes.
Note: I know this method works as I've used it for Harem Hotel and it's been fine, don't know why it's crashing for this though.

I added the game as is instructed in the manual an when I try to open it in joiplay it crashes after 2 to 3 seconds of loading the game...

It looks like you have the text box and back button painted over in gray. Not even going to guess why that might be. Good luck in your search.

Should be 18 available. Only one that is easy to miss is Lucy bringing you towels.
