I'm a bit fuzzy on some of this, as it has been a while, but depending on which punishments you choose for Cassandra in class and other arcs, I think you may not trigger it early. You can visit the gym to catch her locking Faye out (Wednesday, I think, but the in-game directions should tell you) to start it, too.
If you haven't started Cassandra at all, hard to say about continuing Rachel. Rachel's quest ending (at least, L10 looks like the end to me, but many know more) requires a lot of other things to be finished, and hard to tell where you are from the post, but I think there are at least three major blocks on her progression (she being all of the most recent update). Generally speaking, Rachel's quest takes care of itself, as long as you pay attention to when she's following you, and you follow directions (the anal dildo stumps someone here every week, even though detailed directions are provided).
Probably best to just push forward. Or check the walkthrough. Or join Discord.

I think you need to trigger the first scene with her already after passing Uniform Check (sounds like you did) then come back to her again right after you pass Confiscate.

The next update is coming. It's about 75% done at the point. Still several weeks left to go though.
The best way to tell if you've seen all the content is to check the event log (top right button on the main map). There are plenty of events that aren't part of any quest line.

Then pray for gods of random to be kind, as event starts by chance (or at least seem that way). Just keep doing it every day over and over again until scene plays

I have looked into this and decided against it. It would be complicated both for me and for the user. There are too many things that could go wrong during installation and I don't have the resources to provide technical support to thousands of people. Joiplay is the only real option at the moment. Anything else would slow down development to the point it's not worth it. Once the game is eventually finished I'll make an android version this way.

If you are playing in android just update the game without removing the previous version, that will keep your saves.
From windows go to your File path %TheHeadmaster-0.13.2public-pc\game\saves% and copy all the saves folder into the new version saves folder.
Or, you can always enjoy playing again.

You can only unlock this scene during Chapter 1, so if you already went further, you can only use Cheat Menu to see it.
